OBITUARY

BoothFirst Lieutenant Clifford V. Booth was born on 29 June 1936 in Mobile, Alabama. He entered the U. S. Air Force from Clearwater, Florida in June 1954 and in April 1962 entered the US Air Force Officer Candidate School, graduating in September 1962 with a commission as a Second Lieutenant.

After OCS he attended the Avionics Maintenance Officer course at Lowry AFB, Colorado. Completing the course in July 1964, he was assigned to McChord AFB, WA. Cliff passed away in Tacoma, Washington on March 26, 1965. He was 28 years old. Cliff married Rosemarie in 1961 before entering OCS. They had no children.

His remains were forwarded to his home area of Clearwater, Florida where, on April 2, 1965, he was buried in the Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park’s The Sunrise Garden, block F, and lot 12.
